i get this error :

Error in CreateAccount query 'INSERT INTO account SET name='shaawn', password=''

Error adding local account for LS login: 'shaawn', duplicate name?
Removing client from ip:68.70.108.70 port:4306
what do i do? i did the cmd prompt still get this error for shaawn and eqemu im at a loss with this thanks
