Found the issue, cleric mobs were casting "Mark of Karn" or "Mark of Kings" as a buff to other npcs...and causing them to aggro!!

I know i can just remove this from the casting lineup...but to really fix it, how would you say "not a buff!!" so its a determental spell, not a "buff"

I remember this being an issue on PEQ in Thurgadin. But the 'type' field is no longer there..

Strange, I just resync'd to PEQ 1535 and those existed. Perhaps a rollback or a reload took place on the spells table?
