Game Not starting.

So this is what happens when i try to run it. Screen flashes and the EQ mouse is only in the top right hand corner the whole screen is black , if i move my mouse around it will act as if im on my desktop and if there was a text field , it would show the cursor for that, etc etc. I did all the resolution fixes that might have caused the problem but it didn't work. Any help?

Im on Windows 7, any other info needed just ask.

Yea, need a little more information:

What version of the client are you attempting to use?
Have you run the client successfully in the past?
Is the client unpatched?

Im trying to use titanium edition. I just bought it so i have never used it in the past. And it is unpatched.

Edit: Nevermind from a restart i did last night and removed my UAC settings it seemed it works fine. But thank you for your time : ).
