Monk skill reuse timer

Is it normal that fist and kick skills share the same reuse timer? I was wondering when I got my first fist special attack why I cant strike AND (round) kick...

Yeah, I believe all of the Monk special attacks like the Punches and Kicks are supposed to share the same timer so you have to choose which one to use.

Thats a pity. I am still used to the EQ2 skill system where you can spam almost all your special attack skills, at least as a monk.
