Missing Item Cooldown Overlays

There seems to be a bug where if an item with a clicky effect has a cast time that is greater than instant, it does not display the cooldown overlay on the item itself. The internal CD is triggered, but it is not shown on the item or hotbars.

Is there a known fix for this?

Just checked and it is working for me on RoFII.

Yes, it is just items. Divine Arb triggers the cd just fine, don't know of any discs that are not instant cast so those are all working fine.

Oh, I see what you mean! I misread your first post.

Ok, yes you are right, testing using an item with a casting time and a recast delay means you do not get the cool down overlay on RoFII either.
