It's not that good to keep these kind of questions unsolved by users...

You have to ask a question for us to answer it.

my problem is that i keep getting the "can't connect to patch server" when I run patch.exe.
Order of installation was:
-installed eqfull.exe (the everquest installation)
-installed eqemu patch
-download patches from everquest.exe file successfully
-was trying to run patch.exe and got that was mentioned at the begining...
also, the eqemu patch log file kept logging "... reset" ("server/connection reset", can't really remember).
I am using a router, and if that seems to be the problem i would've least expect to have briefing on how to fix this issue (or any other issue that seems to cause the "can't connect to...." problem

it logs also the same reason in the log file: "connection reset".
*note that the win ME is also using the router, so it makes me wonder if it's something to do with Ports Forwarding.
Does anyone of the developers happens to know what ports (port number and whether it's tcp or udp) should be forwarded?
