Forum not reading cookies?

I select the 'remember me and log me in' option during login, and verify the cookie is on my hard drive...but, upon reloading(closing and reopening the browser), I am logged out as if I have no cookies. Is this designed behavior?

I have this problem from work, but not from home.
It is quite annoying.

I run mozilla at work and at home, and have no problems. Maybe it is a M$ bug? :P
