can i setup a server with 1 pc

i am using win2k an i have only 1 pc can i setup up a server on it if i can where do i start . i have a pc 700mhz 768mg of pc133 sd ram a 80gig hd ata 133 and i am on adsl internet can you tell me what i need to do to set it up 1.right where it will work.
