ok, here's my problem. first, my computer sucks and it doesn't have the minimum requirements, but i tried the game anyway and it works except for one problem. for some reason, the game is acting like my left arrow key is stuck (which it is not, or i could not post this message). when i'm at the pause screen, the cursor keeps on switching from right to left without stopping. when i started the game (which loaded fine surprisingly, maybe cuz it's a demo?) my character was running around in a circle. i'm thinking it might have to do with the video card, but it doesn't sound like it. My graphics controller has the latest driver too.

Minimum Requirements:
-Windows 98 / 2000 / Me / XP Japanese edition CD-ROM
-Intel Pentium III - 1GHz
-128MB RAM
-1.2GB hard disk space
-640 x 480 resolution support monitor
-3D video card (VRAM 64MB) that supports DirectX8.1 or higher, 640 x 480 and 16bit resolution
-4X speed CD-ROM drive
-DirectSound compatible sound card (DirectX 8.1 or higher)
-DirectX 8.1 or higher
-Microsoft Mouse or pointing device of a same function or higher

MY Computer:
- Windows Me
- Intel Pentium III - 866MHz
- 256MB RAM
- God knows how much disk space (a lot more than 1.2GB)
- 810E intel chipset (don't know specifics on this one, which is why i think it's the problem)
- 82810E graphics controller
- direct X 9.0b, more than 640x480 res, and 16bit colour
- 32X speed CD-ROM drive (not sure, but greater than 4x)
- I got a mouse, and dxdiag.exe tells me there's no problems, so i'm guessing everything is compatible with direct x

NOTE: the game graphics loaded up fine (a little pixelated cuz of 16 bit colour, but fine) which leads me to believe it is not the videocard. please let me know what you think

have you tried unpluging your keybord then pluging it back in?

That has solved a similer issue on my kids computer, The error was having the up arrow pressed in, but only on EQW, unplugged the keybord wile EQW was running then plugged it back in , issue was solved.

Try remapping the keys to see if the problem persists with an alternate set.

Might try updating you latest BIOS/Chipset drivers, it won't hurt either way. It worked for simular situation I had.
