Has anyone fixed the patchsrv.dat problem yet?!?

I keep getting that run time error, patchsrv.dat not found. Anyone know how to fix it. I followed the instructions for retards exactly. HELP ME PLEASE im getting really peaved.

Ok when I DLed the patcher and installed in EQ directory, but when I open it is says it cannot find patchsrv.dat I know other people have had this problem so does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks ...
