Noone can log into my server

Noone can log into my server

I have a server up and running, but neither my networked computer nor any friends outside of home can log into the server. We all get the "Error:1017" error. Any help would be appreciated. Thx.

When I join a server and go to create a new character, I get to the city where I start from and then when I click 'ok', I get the "You have been disconnected" message. Also if I just try to enter...
