Crashing

Finally got into the game!!!! Almost...........cept after i created my guy it crashed out. Anyone know the source of the problem?

Ok i tried to run the patcher and it said missing on all files it dl'd. I dont really understand what that means, but then at the bottom it says "all files ok for eq" can someone help me out?>

Ok, i followed what the readme said to do, and got onto the server list, but i cannot connect to any servers. Now i have patched eq live all the way.....i didnt see that it said not to could this...
