Are your zone servers connecting to the world...

Are your zone servers connecting to the world server? If not, that is one reason your server will show up as locked and not allow you, as a SysOp, to log on.

click start, find windows explorer, left click it...

click start, find windows explorer, left click it to open it
open the drive that has eq in it, find your eq folder
click on a file in the folder and press the E button on your keyboard to jump to...

i think i had this problem at one time too...its been a while though...maybe try going back to mysql and doing the grant...

Got it working now, you're right it was the defaultstatus= line...changed it to defaultstatus=100 and logged on a new test account and it set it as 100 when creating the account...commands working...

problems with doors

finally got my server working to where i can use the eqemu login servers and connect and everything...only thing not working now are my doors...this is the error message i get when starting the zone...

Ok got it working so I can login ;P for some reason it wouldn't let me login unless I did the insert into account name crap and used eqemu/eqemu as username password instead of one of my choice
