(Error in LoadNPCTypes) here is the list of what i am doing

cd into the directory with db.ini and...

cd into the directory with db.ini and loginserver.ini when you run the programs.
That is, instead of

C:\path\to\ini\files\world.exe

do

C:
cd path\to\ini\files
world.exe

Right click on the chat entry line, if you're like me and forgot how to set
the channel and language defaults.

So cool to finally have an EMU up.
