-Edit I tried less then a minute ago and it didnt work, I restarted EQ and now I logged in.. mabye...

How many servers have you tried?

As far as I know, expansions arent required,...

Yeah, I was playing today and there was a global message saying the login servers are going to be down for 30 minutes, that was about 2 hours ago though.
