(1) Will the L20 dmg cap be implemented? (How you can do max of 29 dmg per hit as a melee..)

(2) Will the melee be retooled so m L1 isn't hitting for 60+ damage with a noobie...

another fix for getting access denied was that brute force method (which i can't take credit for)

in mysql.exe
