1045,2006 errors and more need help plz

Ive been working on a server and when i run world.exe i get this

Failed to connect to database: Error: #1045: Access denied for user: '***@127.0.

patcher help

When i run the patcher i get a bunch of missing files but at the end its says "all files ok for EQEmu"
and i still get 1017error

k i did that still not in ther .. i just created...

CANT zone in certain zones! and read READMES and THREDS

I am having a problem with my local server.I cant log in some zones like ToV or Kael etc... i have
