CANT zone in certain zones! and read READMES and THREDS

I am having a problem with my local server.I cant log in some zones like ToV or Kael etc... i have

I have read every README i have and SO may d*mn post threds what ever and i still cant get this right PLZZ someone help me link me to what i need to DL or what ever needs to be done

If most of the zones work, then it is probably a bug that hasn't been tracked down yet. I Know there are problem with some zones that are triggered by the DB, but exactly what in the DB causes it we don't know yet.

ok thx u casue i got ToV working but not kael yet now
