No, it's just called EQ Trilogy because that's the content available on this server. Old World, Kunark and Velious.

You need EQ Titanium just like you do for all the other emu servers.

Actually that is not exactly what happens. What happens is that the maximum HP value is increased and those HP are added correctly and can be regenerated if lost (will display "healed for XXX HP")....
