E'ci's Frosty Breath (Resist modifier)

According to Lucy the DRU spell E'ci's Frosty Breath has a resist modifier of cold (-200) so in theory it should be resisted about as much as Hand of Ro with a fire (-200) check. I've used it on many different mobs on the PEQ server and from my experience it is resisted way more - which leads me to believe that the modifier ist in fact cold (0) or at least close to that, making this spell pretty much useless.

It used to be set to 0 on live I believe titanium uses this version.
