eh.. the blue line just tells you how close you are to 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100% of your level, one completed blue line means 1 yellow bubble.. thats not really the issue, the issue is the exp bar...

Okay, I have no trouble modifying experience values or doing just about anything else in the database, but one thing I can't quite understand is why as I level up, eventually (at level 16 last time)...
