Experience Bar Graphic Issue

Okay, I have no trouble modifying experience values or doing just about anything else in the database, but one thing I can't quite understand is why as I level up, eventually (at level 16 last time) the experience bar gets "full" but stays that way, even if i gain only 1 exp it will automatically fill up to full but not actually be full.. what i mean is that the experience bar graphic does not reflect the true amount of experience on the character, for example.

LvL15 Character Dings to LvL16

LvL16 Character now has a new level and empty experience bar.

LvL16 Character kills 1 light blue mob, gains small exp, but experience bar fills all the way up

LvL16 character kills another mob, and despite the experience bar reading, LvL16 character does not level up (and so on and so forth for the next 5 mobs, etc.)

Any idea why this is happening or how I can fix it? Thank you anyone for any feedback.

If I remember it correctly, there is a tiny blue line in the yellow bar. The exp-bar consists of 5 "bubles" ... 1 entire yellow bar equals 1 blue line, when you have 5 blue lines (meaning 25 yellow bubles) you will have gained a level. Does this make any sense? It may be the other way around.

eh.. the blue line just tells you how close you are to 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100% of your level, one completed blue line means 1 yellow bubble.. thats not really the issue, the issue is the exp bar reflecting a false exp amount

[EDIT]Sorry I just realized i posted this in general support, i thought i had clicked on windows servers support... if any admin see's this, might wanna move it to the right section
