You are missing some, if not all, of the changes...
You are missing some, if not all, of the changes in utils/sql/svn/instance_branch_table_changes.sql of the instance branch of EQEmu. The current versions of PEQ db require the instance branch.

If you look at my earlier post, the changes Congdar put into rev 552 of trunk were added to the instance branch in rev 557. So rev 557 of the instance branch contains the corpse summon fix.

The current PEQ database requires the instance branch of EQEmu. Since you went back to the trunk EQEmu, you are having problems with the DB changes done for instancing.
I would suggest going back...
