I compiled from the newest SVN as of 5-24-2009 at 3:00pm and I still cannot summon a corpse with the necro bot ? Ideas on what I am doing wrong ?
I did the instance with Bots, should the changes be there ?

The instance fork is behind the trunk code for trunk code changes. You can always check the changelog.txt file to see if the change has been included or not.

It appears KimLS has been merging updates from trunk into the instance branch periodically. So changes made to trunk should eventually appear in the instance branch, but they happen a bit later when KimLS gets around to merging the trunk changes in.
In this case, the changes you put into trunk rev 552 are in the instance branch rev 557.

Okay after compiling the latest executables and running the 535 database and booting up, all looked well. But when I try to log in I get a message something about instZorgId column in the characters_ table.
Now I do not want to screw up my database so I do not want to just randomly guess what I need to modify. Maybe someone can ease my mind on this.

The current PEQ database requires the instance branch of EQEmu. Since you went back to the trunk EQEmu, you are having problems with the DB changes done for instancing.
I would suggest going back to the instance branch.
Also, if you look at my earlier post, the current version of the instance branch does include Congdar's changes. As I said then, it appears that KimLS is applying the changes to trunk to the instance branch every so often.

Congdar said the instance branch does not contain his code fixes because he has not put them anywhere else. However, every so often, someone (I assume it is KimLS) is taking all the changes from trunk and applying those changes to the instanced branch.
All this means is the changes made to trunk will eventually end up in the instance branch as well, it just takes longer.

If you look at my earlier post, the changes Congdar put into rev 552 of trunk were added to the instance branch in rev 557. So rev 557 of the instance branch contains the corpse summon fix.
