Default zone crashing w/ no client in or inbound

noticed this a few times...

Zone.exe output

[Status] Loading doors for freportw ...
[Status] Done loading doors for freportw ...
Petition 0 pettime = 0

Petition 3 pettime = 1068522053

[Status] Zone Bootup: freportw (9)

*.*.*.*:9000: TCPConnection::RecvData(): Connection timeout

Then the zone reloads but that zone.exe doen't escape. Its still open... Any ideas on this one?

*Edit* happens long after the zone is connected to the world.. this doesn't happen on bootup.

I have this error often myself. Generally on nights with middle-to-high traffic. I go to sleep with 10 users connected, and wake up noticing not 15 zones loaded, but 30 zones loaded (2 sets of the same zones loaded) and it always refers to that error you stated.
