Character saving!! and corpse stuff

Hi evryone, im some new to EQEmu but im ding well i think for a Noob . all is working on my server exept few thing but no worry.

my first question is (dont forget im noob ) how do i save up characters on the server when i change my DB!! :

second Question is when we die on my server we get back up at bind point with all stuff and no corpse left to rez how can i correct that plz :

P.S.:if someone have time and what to explain some few thing about mobs making it will be appreciated!!
