I believe there was a discussion about this a few months ago. EQEmu is just that, its not EQ2Emu. Someone might create a EQ2 emulator, just don't count on EQ1Emu creating it. That was pretty much the discussion, and the responses from the devs were pretty much saying the same thing, that its a EQ1Emu. Working on 2 emulators would suck, if you think releases are slow now (I am not saying they are nor complaining, some others have been) just think how slow they would be if they were also working on EQ2. Why would they leave such an awsome project to start a whole new one from scratch?
