1017 Error still after trying everything

Ok i've tried everything on all the post/readmes/and howtos. I still get the 1017 error.

I'm on a LAN. Both computers running WINXP PRO
address of computer running world.exe, minilogin.exe, boot5zone.bat 192.168.1.104
address of computer running EQ 192.168.1.101
Please Help
EVERYTHING IS UPTODATE. I dled everything yesterday.
