Problem making server.

I was looking to just make a server to mess with, with my other cpus but after i do allllll the instructions correctly and i setup minilogin.ini and EVERYTHING, i run wolrd.exe and it says this:

And when i try to put in the command, GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* to '%'@localhost IDENTIFIED BY '%'; WORD FOR WORD it comes up with this error:

Your EQEmu Server cannot connect to your mysql server. Make sure that your mysql server is running and that you granted yourself access to the mysql server.

yeah i tried to grant all access but it doesnt work!

WEll i tried installing an older version, someone said. DOESNT WORK!

Do a search on 1045, you would be surprised what comes up.
