Default zone crashing w/ no client in or inbound

noticed this a few times...

Zone.exe output

[Status] Loading doors for freportw ...
[Status] Done loading doors for freportw ...
Petition 0 pettime = 0
Petition 2 pettime = 1068511695
Petition 2 pettime = 1068519133
Petition 3 pettime = 1068522053
Petition 5 pettime = 1068726024
Petition 7 pettime = 1068871144
Petition 8 pettime = 1068573035
Petition 72 pettime = 1068809073
[Status] Zone Bootup: freportw (9)
Connected to worldserver: *.*.*.*:9000
*.*.*.*:9000: TCPConnection::RecvData(): Connection timeout
Connected to worldserver: *.*.*.*:9000


Then the zone reloads but that zone.exe doen't escape. Its still open... Any ideas on this one?

*Edit* happens long after the zone is connected to the world.. this doesn't happen on bootup.
