Those disciplines were actually removed from Live, I believe, but they never removed them from the spells file. So, you are basically getting some discs that are not really supported by the server. I believe KLS has been working on forcing timers for them, but I don't know if it works quite right yet.
One thing I notice is that even though they don't have a timer at first, if you use one of the newer versions of those disciplines that is on the same timer, suddenly all of the ones without a timer will then have a timer, at least until you zone.
