If you updated code, make sure you also applied the required sql updates.

Check your logs for errors. If queries are failing you'll probably see something in there.

I am pretty sure I got everything required over 1900, but I will go back and hit everything else I thought I didn't need (the bot updates).

I was wondering during the night whether my mysql version was causing it (5.1.54) but I would think the entire server would be unloadable, not just NPCs.
