the game "art" direction seems to be lifted right of Disney cartoons...

The graphics look Ok.. I would rather have this style than some Uber high reso lagfest. Good choice imo.

I'll give you that kerrans are crap lol.. I kinda like the humans though. Can't wait to see other races.

That's what happens when you want to easily show emotions, over exaggerating the eyes is the easiest way. (Which is the same reason Disney and anime art styles have larger than normal eyes)
