The current build is unstable that is on the main branch. (stupid, I know..)

I believe if you revert the DB change pull request, you should be fine.

Either that, or you can try and download PEQ's database and source the utils/sql/git/required stuff in order and mess with it some more.
It looks as though you have an outdated database from first glance.

We discussed this here, but there was resistance to adopt any of the usual software practices in regards to having stable/development branches:-
