Wel it didn't really, but that was because of another problem. . .
Before editing by character, I made a "backup" of him by copying all his data to a new record in the 'character_' table and then I changed his 'id' to 3 (it was 2).
Well, every time I tried to change any of his items or do anything, I would get some error about having a duplicate character. The AAs worked though!
