Save this as a .qst file, it will setup a quest where if you hail the npc it will start the quest dialog to change your level to 60. Take a look at the other command avaliable listed on the message boards. Use your imagination to make other quests.
The first line "NPC_SCRIPT 255 {" needs to be changed
change 255 to the id number of the mob you want the quest attached to. The npc_types table has the ID and name of all the mobs. So if 255 was changed to 13, then in my databse, Admiral_Tylix would the mob the quest would be attached to. He is located in overthere, so the file would be named overthere.qst
