I'm sorry for not giving news recently but I did not have a computer and an Internet connection cause I was in a 1-month mountain qualification.
For EMPIRE, I don't have the time to work on it anymore. And due to the lot of mails I've received, I've uploaded the EMPIRE files. So you can download the database (with all the characters) and all the quests here:
