0.6.2 server cant get past server select

i am running a 6.2 dr1 server and i can get it working on my lan but when i run it online it gives me a 1017 error can anyone help me please. here are all my files

Connected to a router sharing your internet connection I am assuming.

If so put "external_ip local_ip" on each of your client machines. fixed it for me. now I really just need more baudwidth.

how do you find your local ip?

You want your server work on LAN or ONLINE or both ? i don't understand.
I ask that because your config is Online style not minilogin for lan ?

Also if the only thing you changed is the .ini files to go to public you'll also need to change the Variables table in your database to Public and not Minilogin.
