Default SUCCESS! (Almost...)

Okay, so I download the newest version and finally I can log onto my own local server with minilogin. I'm in the game after flagging my account to 200 (I opened world.exe and typed in "world.exe flag eqemu 200"), but when I log into the game and try to use commands, it says the commands do not exist.

So while I'm in game I type #flag Bigmark666 200 and it says:

"Refreshed your admin flag from DB."

And I'm still not able to use any GM powers. It keeps telling me "Command does not exist" WTF??

Default hmmm

Forgot to add, when I tried typing

world.exe flag Bigmark666 200

I hit enter and the following message came up

"Loginserver.ini read.
Using database 'eq' at localhost
Account being GM flagged:Bigmark666, level: 200
database.setGMFlag failed."

I mean when you do world.exe flag blabla
be sure that the name you put is your account name , and not your player name ( ie the name you use for the login )

if you are under status 200 ingame then you cant #flag an account (#flag just refreshes your flag, not flags anything).

did you do "cd C:\eqemu" before u did the "world flag accountname 200"

?

Default Flagging

If you can't flag your acct using the instructions in the readme, go download the EQAdmin tool and flag your account through that. That's how I did it when I had problems flagging the account. EQAdmin can be found in the 3rd Party Software section of this site.

Default Connection issue

your having a connection issue with your database when you try to flag your account, you need to run winmysqladmin and make sure that your using the eq database, do this by going to the database tab, clicking on your eq database in the left side of the explorer thingey it has, click on the database name then click on the tab named process, once done, on the bottom right click refresh process, in the entry thats in the datawindow the database should refresh, and start using your eq database, once thats done try your flag again and im almost guaranteed it will work, if not, repost on here
