Ok, Quests are working with the sept 23 zoneperl.exe

I'm quite happy with the performance although I still want to optimize zone times..

What I am after today is quest writing operators and commands for the .pl scripts.

EDIT: Bleah for anyone less dense than myself they will find the quest operators in the Quests Q&A forum
