Its more of who will listen when they get a cease and desist and when to ignore it Sony's threats are just simple cease and desists through email, if they really wanted to take the effort they would just have someone give you the letter of notice to show up in court next week :P

Actualy Image, the C&D I recieved for the Scorp2k web site was delivered certified mail and i had to sign for it.

I don't get it why would you get the cease and desist for scorpious2k, whats your relation to them? lol
