what's the best server for teams pvp, is empire revolutions it? only one I can find on my current list

Empire Revolutions is down,
Annihilation moved to 0.6.6, and stuff;
he's working on a complete brand new server..
release is around May 14 i think.
Other than Empire Revolutions.
that WAS the only Team PvP server available.
