I dont want players to summon items and stuff I want them to be like they are on real eq with no power but to play. I'm trying to run a legit server for like 10 people is there a way to go lower than 0 account status?

I am not sure exactly what the 0+ means. But on my server, users with 0 status are not allowed to summon items or use any of these commands.

In those directions it says to refer to a particular file to change the settings, but I don't see that file anywhere. Is that information now in the database somewhere?
