Magician POP spells

When you turn in
Ethereal Parchment
Glyphed Rune Word
Spectral Parchment
At Elementalist Somat, he should return a spell scroll (As far as i know) .. Nothing happens, which is kinda annoying - Means i can't get my lvl 61-65 lvl spells ! ..
