Default Serious Hotkey Issue

I am playing on Magoth's Factions! server. I set my hotkeys but they reset to default everytime I zone. This seems like it would be easy to fix... anyone know how? ATM it only seems to be doing this on Factions!

Hotkeys are stored on your client dir, as character_server.ini:

[HotButtons]
Page1Button1=(something)
Page1Button2=(something else)

etc... you got this file, or is it read-only or is the server name not coming through properly?

See if you can find it, open it, and locate the [HotButtons] section, see if anything is there.

Haha oops. Sorry... the C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest folder is the client folder I was referring to. That's where the file(s) should be located. One for each character on each server.

Ok, the probelm is resolved. My UI config wasn't saving properly because the server had a specific UI that I didn't have. Once I imported that UI I got it to work. Thanks for the help.
