Eqlaunch.exe unable to locate component

I followed the directions to setup a minilogin server so I can play lan with my bro. I launched the shortcut to eqemulator and everything was working until I got the following error "This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." Anyone know why I got this error? When I installed I selected Minilog client, minilog server, cavedudes database, 0.7.0 files, source code, quests, third party tools, and documentation. I seriously dont understand half of the process but I still followed it as directed. Please helP!! thanks!

Thats a windows error not an EQEMu error

Do a google for MSVCP71.dll and downlod it.
