Your English is better than most english-speaking gamers I know. No problems. However, you need to search the Wiki (pointed to by Rhodan) for how to set up and/or log into an emulator server.

Also, if you are following instructions that tell you to setup a Boot5Zone.bat file, I think those are pretty old. Any reason you need those? Old server version maybe? If you are using 0.7.0-911 or so, you do not need the batch file anymore. Launch all your zones with "eqlaunch [launcher name]" where [launcher name] is "zones" possibly, or whatever you set it up to be in the MySQL table: launchers.

Oh, and the advantage of Public vs Private - Public server allows strangers to login and play on your server. Private is just you (or those on your LAN).
