Broken eqemu_config.xml?

i just noted that in the newest zip release of eqemu, the config file in wordpad shows no syntax or anything....so i pasted one from the wiki...and also, nomatter what i do sofar, world says it cannot connect...says i need to specify address field...

sorry about my typing, but im on a wierd keyboard...
