Default Guild Hall as an ordinary zone?

Is there any way to set up the emu, so that the guild hall is used as a ordinary zone (as opposed to an instanced zone)? Maybe some tinkering with the database or the emu itself ...

/em praying to Tunare, that it is not hardwired into the client ...

It is just a regular zone, the client doesn't know the difference. Emu doesn't support instancing but that doesn't stop you from entering zones that are supposed to be "instanced."
