I cannot seem to find anything earlier than this in an organized fashion. Even scanning through the changelog does not give a big enough picture of the sheer number of people that have worked on this project over the years, even if it did go back that far.
I might be a packrat, but I did not manage to find a copy of AGX.
0.4.3 - 0.4.4 is sometime around this time in 2003

I don't really have anything to contribute, although I do think what you're doing is nice... It would be interesting to see some sort of timeline for the EQEmu project.
